In short
- PlayerTrack360 helps players and coaches understand football sessions. All results are estimates.
- The tracker is a development prototype. CE conformity assessment for the finished product has not been completed.
- You can also record with your own phone instead of the tracker. Phone results are estimates and less accurate than the tracker.
- On iPhone and iPad you can also import a GPS file recorded with another app, such as Open GPX Tracker. Recording with a phone is done on phones and tablets, not on computers.
- AI Coach answers are generated automatically and can be wrong.
- Use your own account. Coaches, scouts, agents and managers need permission to use player information, and players decide what their followers see.
- Children use PlayerTrack360 with appropriate guardian involvement.
- Each tracker is locked to its player. Keep it safe, and mark it as lost in My tracker if it goes missing.
- Chat is text only, opens only when both people agree, and anyone can close it, block or report at any time.
1. About PlayerTrack360
PlayerTrack360 is operated by Mustafa Alsaeede. These terms cover the dashboard, supported recording and sync tools, and AI Coach. Contact us through the contact page. A club account or supplied tracker may have separate arrangements.
You can also e-mail contact@playertrack360.com. We answer in English, Swedish or Arabic. This address is also our contact point for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act.
Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Accepting these terms does not provide blanket consent to data use.
The demo (Try the demo) shows made-up players, coaches and sessions so you can see how PlayerTrack360 works. It is read-only, nothing you do there is saved, and it is not data about any real person. The how-it-works videos use computer voices and screens from the demo.
2. Football analysis
PlayerTrack360 helps players and coaches understand football sessions and personal performance trends. Distances, speeds, sprint counts, maps and other results are estimates affected by recording conditions. No particular accuracy or performance improvement is guaranteed.
PlayerTrack360 is not intended for medical purposes, such as diagnosing, monitoring or treating injuries or health conditions.
Sessions recorded with a phone are labelled Phone and show a recording quality. Phone positions are less accurate than the tracker's, and the result depends on the phone and where it is worn. Phone motion data is not used to detect kicks, injuries or fatigue.
Imported GPS files are labelled GPS file. Only what the file contains is used: nothing is filled in, and limits such as missing accuracy or whole-second times are shown with the session. An app you use to record is provided by its own developer under its own terms.
3. Product development
The current tracker is a development prototype. Testing of the final design, safety and reliability is ongoing. CE conformity assessment for the finished product has not been completed. The operator plans to assess applicable EU requirements before market release. Prototype use must follow the instructions and arrangements provided for that unit.
4. Safe use
- Follow the supplied mounting and charging instructions. Do not wear exposed development boards during play.
- Wear the tracker only in a fitted sports vest pocket. Never carry it loose in a pocket or in your hand while playing.
- Charge only with the supplied or approved charger or cable, under adult supervision, on a hard, non-flammable surface. Do not charge overnight or on a bed or sofa.
- Keep equipment away from fire and strong heat. Do not open, puncture or crush the tracker or its battery.
- Do not put the tracker or its battery in household waste.
- Use tracking equipment only where the organiser or referee permits it.
- Supervise children's use and avoid operating a phone while playing.
- When you record with a phone, wear it in a fitted armband or running belt, never loose in a pocket or in your hand during play, and only where the organiser or referee permits it.
- Stop using or charging equipment that is damaged, swollen, leaking or unusually hot.
- Keep equipment within its stated limits for heat and moisture. Do not modify batteries or charging circuits.
- Report faults or incidents through the contact page and follow the return or recycling instructions.
5. Accounts and responsible use
Use your own account, keep your password private and report suspected misuse. During the current test period, sign-up may be limited to adults (18 or older), as the sign-up page says. A player aged 13 to 17 can use an account only after a parent or guardian has approved it with the link we email them; the parent agrees to these Terms for the player. Children under 13 cannot have an account during the test period.
Your tracker is linked to your account with the one-time code on its sticker. It then opens only for you, your coach and the Manager. Mark it as lost straight away if it goes missing, and use Give to another player when you hand it on. Sync your sessions first: the tracker erases the recordings still stored on it the first time the next player connects it, and they cannot be recovered. Only the website can erase a tracker on request: Format storage, which needs your password; the tracker's button cannot erase it. Marking a tracker as lost or found and giving it away need your password. Do not try to open another player's tracker, or to bypass or tamper with the tracker lock.
A phone linked for recording, or signed in in the Android app, can only send phone recordings for the player it was linked for. Before you send recordings made without an account, check that they are that player’s sessions. Record only your own sessions, or those of a player you coach with permission, and remove linked phones you no longer use.
Import only GPS files of your own sessions, or of a player you coach with permission.
Coaches and managers must have permission to manage accounts and use player information. Do not access private data without authority, track anyone secretly, bypass security, disrupt the service or upload unlawful content. Upload only photos and recordings you have permission to use.
Football scouts, football agents and other players may follow a player only after the player has accepted. The player decides, for each follower, what is shared (performance, football profile, maps) and can pause or stop sharing at any time. Maps of players under 18 are only shown in a protected form, without the real location and a day later. Scouts and players may follow players aged 13 or over, and agents players aged 16 or over. Agents must follow the FIFA Football Agent Regulations and national rules, including holding the written consent of a minor's guardian before any approach; by sending a follow request to a player under 18 they confirm that they hold it. Do not use the service to approach players in breach of these rules or to pressure anyone to share.
Chat: a coach and the players in their group, a football scout or agent and the players they follow, and players who follow each other can chat once one has asked and the other has accepted. You accept these chat rules when you start using chat. Chat is text only. Be respectful: no bullying, threats, hate, sexual messages or pressure, spam or scams. Never send or ask for private photos, and do not share passwords, home addresses or where someone is right now. An adult must never ask a player under 18 to move to another app or to meet alone, and agents must follow the FIFA rules on approaching minors. Coaches, scouts and agents confirm that they are 18 or older. When a player aged 13 to 17 starts a chat with an adult, the player's parent or guardian gets a short email, and the adult cannot delete messages sent to the player. Either person can close a chat, block the other or report a message at any time. The operator reads only reported messages, may disable accounts that break these rules, and may report possible crimes, especially against children, to the police.
Team chats and trainings: a coach can make training groups of their own players, with where and when the group trains. In a group’s team chat, everyone in the group who joined reads every message: the coach and the other players. Joining is your choice, and you can leave at any time. The same chat rules apply. A team chat starts with only the coach writing; the coach can open it for the players and can remove any message. When a player aged 13 to 17 joins, the parent or guardian gets a short email, and an adult cannot delete what they write while a player under 18 is in the team chat. The coach can ask the group about a training; a player answers Coming or Not coming. Do not write health details in the team chat; tell your coach privately instead.
Players aged 18 or over may publish a public page that anyone with the link can see; players aged 13 to 17 only with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who is told by email when the page goes live and can switch it off at any time. Publish only your own sessions and a name that is yours; do not use it to pretend to be someone else, to mislead or to share anything unlawful. Remember that what is public can be copied. The operator may switch off a page that breaks these rules or the law, and anyone can report a page through the contact page.
Your birth year (required for player accounts) and any optional profile details, such as height and weight, should be correct. Your linked coach can see them. Height and weight are stored only with your consent, and you can remove them at any time.
Reporting illegal content: if you find content in PlayerTrack360 that you believe is illegal, report it through the contact page and choose “Report illegal content”. Explain why you believe it is illegal and where it is, and give your name and e-mail address. We review reports carefully and objectively, without undue delay, and tell you what we decided.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in the recordings, photos and content you provide. You allow us to handle them to deliver the service and authorised access described in the Privacy Notice. Keep your own copies of important recordings.
7. AI Coach
AI Coach generates answers automatically and can make mistakes. Check important information and use your own judgement with a qualified coach where appropriate. Avoid entering sensitive or confidential information.
8. Availability
The service relies on external hosting, AI and map providers. Updates, maintenance or outages may interrupt access. Any future paid features will explain their price and purchase terms before you agree.
9. Account deletion and suspension
You can delete your own account in Account & sharing → Delete my account, or ask the Manager to delete it. Coaches, scouts and agents cannot delete other people's accounts. Application-held data can be permanently removed, but separate copies on devices and provider backups are handled separately, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Accounts that nobody has used for 2 months (no sign-in, no saved session and no phone upload) may be deleted with all their recordings and data. The Manager first sends a notice, which appears in the app, and as a notification on phones where you allowed notifications. The account is deleted only if it is still unused 30 days after the notice; signing in again keeps it.
Accounts may be restricted to protect the service, address misuse or end a club account arrangement. Contact the operator if you have questions about a restriction.
How we moderate: we do not use automated tools to moderate content. Content or accounts are restricted only after a person has reviewed the situation, for example after a report of illegal content or misuse. If we restrict your content or account, we tell you what was restricted, why, and on which facts, unless the law prevents it. You can ask us to review the decision through the contact page, and we answer in writing.
10. Rights and ownership
Use the service with reasonable care and consider its limitations. Your statutory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Software, branding and other service materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences.
11. Changes and complaints
We may update these terms and will give appropriate notice of important changes. For questions or complaints, use the contact page.
