What the service stores

Football Tracker stores the account username, password hash, optional profile photo, optional tracker device ID, player profile settings, uploaded football sessions, GPS routes, sensor-derived session statistics, personal records, and performance-trend data needed to provide the service.

Location data

GPS routes can reveal where a training session took place. They are treated as private account data and are shown only inside the authenticated player workspace and to authorized administrators who operate the service.

Tracker device IDs

A Player can be linked to one Football Tracker device ID. The ID is used to identify the assigned tracker in the account and to prefix newly uploaded tracker-session names. Tracker IDs are private account metadata and are not published as public device-discovery information.

Profile photos

Profile photos are optional. They are stored in private object storage and delivered through the authenticated Football Tracker service rather than a public image URL. Players can manage their own photo. A Manager can manage photos for accounts below the Manager level, and an Admin/Coach can manage photos only for Players assigned to that Admin/Coach.

Passwords and sessions

Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than plain text. Login sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Administrators can disable accounts, force sign-out, reset passwords, and delete non-admin accounts.

AI Coach

When AI Coach is used, the service sends compact football-session summaries and relevant profile context to the configured AI service. Raw GPS coordinates are not included in the AI Coach context.

Deletion

An authorized administrator can permanently delete a player account and its cloud profile, profile photo, sessions, GPS route chunks, records, trends, and active login sessions. Deletion is irreversible.

Administration

The Football Tracker administrator can see the account list and operational account information such as account status, creation time, last login time, and session count. Player accounts remain separated from one another.
