Delete it yourself
- Sign in on playertrack360.com or in the PlayerTrack360 app.
- Open Account & sharing and tap Delete my account. In PlayerTrack360 Active: Profile → Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
The account is deleted at once. This cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, first tap Download my data in Account & sharing.
If you cannot sign in
Write to us on the contact page, or e-mail contact@playertrack360.com, and give your username. We check that the account is yours, delete it and tell you when it is done, within one month at the latest.
Delete only some of your data
You do not have to delete your account. Sign in, then:
- A session: open it in Session Analysis and tap Delete session. In PlayerTrack360 Active: Activities → Delete activity.
- Your profile photo: Player profile → Remove photo.
- Height and weight: in Player profile, untick the box that lets PlayerTrack360 store them, then save.
- What followers see: in Account & sharing, tap Stop sharing for a follower, or switch sharing off to pause it for everyone.
- A linked Android phone: Account & sharing → Account security → Linked Android phones → Remove.
- Your sessions in AI Coach answers: in Performance trends, switch off Let the AI Coach use my sessions.
What you delete is removed at once. Short-term copies are kept only as described under Kept for a short time.
Deleted at once with your account
- Your account, username and password.
- Your profile, player details, height and weight, and profile photo.
- All your sessions, activities and GPS routes.
- Your goals, follows, sharing choices, invitations and consent records.
- Your sign-in history, two-step sign-in key, passkeys and linked phones.
- Your tracker is unlinked from you.
- If you are a coach, your players are unlinked from you. Their accounts and data stay theirs.
Kept for a short time
- A deletion note with only an internal account number and the time, for up to 35 days. It makes sure that a restore from a backup cannot bring your data back.
- Copies in backups: Cloudflare's database history for up to 7 days, and our own encrypted backups for up to 30 days. After that they are gone for good.
- Counts of sign-in and sign-up attempts, in scrambled form, for up to one day.
- If you followed players: each player's log of who viewed their data keeps your username and what you viewed for up to 90 days. That log belongs to the player.
- E-mails you sent us are not part of your account. Ask us and we delete them too.
AI Coach and Fitness Coach conversations are not archived, so there is nothing more to delete.
